Stancor Fittings & Flanges supplied A403 WP316 / WP316L Stainless and A182 F304 / F316 Stainless Flanges in NPS 1/2 to NPS 8 for 316L fittings and flanges with controlled internal finish, pickled and passivated in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate with the dimensional and PMI records.
The challenge
The customer needed 316L fittings and flanges with controlled internal finish, pickled and passivated that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 780 pieces of A403 WP316 / WP316L Stainless and A182 F304 / F316 Stainless Flanges in NPS 1/2 to NPS 8, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate with the dimensional and PMI records and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
