Factory-Made Wrought Butt Welding Fittings
The dimensional and tolerance standard a butt weld fitting is bought against — centre to end, outside diameter at bevel and minimum wall.
ASME B16.5
Pipe Flanges & Flanged Fittings
Flange dimensions, bolt circles, facings and pressure-temperature ratings from NPS 1/2 to 24 in Class 150 to 2500.
ASME B16.47
Large Diameter Steel Flanges
Series A and Series B large diameter flanges from NPS 26 to 60 — the two series are not interchangeable, so the series is stated on every order.

Testing and inspection scope
- Chemical composition by spectrometry and PMI verification against the marking
- Dimensional check to ASME B16.9, B16.5, B16.47 or B16.11 as applicable
- Minimum wall thickness measured at the thinnest point against the ordered schedule
- Gasket face finish in AARH and bolt circle verification on flanges
- Hardness survey capped per NACE MR0175 where sour service applies
- Ferrite balance and ASTM A923 corrosion testing on duplex where specified
- Visual, marking and packing inspection at source before despatch
- EN 10204 3.1 certificate traceable to the heat number on every despatch
