Overview
Stancor Fittings & Flanges supplied A420 WPL6 Low Temperature Carbon Steel and A403 WP304 / WP304L Stainless in NPS 1 to NPS 16 for impact tested WPL6 and stainless fittings and flanges for cold service lines in United Arab Emirates, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate with the dimensional and PMI records.
The challenge
The customer needed impact tested WPL6 and stainless fittings and flanges for cold service lines that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 920 pieces of A420 WPL6 Low Temperature Carbon Steel and A403 WP304 / WP304L Stainless in NPS 1 to NPS 16, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate with the dimensional and PMI records and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
