Our Own Plant, Under Construction
Stancor Fittings & Flanges sells under its own brands today, manufactured to our specification by contracted OEM plants in India and China. That is a deliberate phase, not a permanent position — our own facility is being built, and each product family moves in house only once the line is proven against the same datasheet the OEM plants work to.

Civil Works
To be confirmed — Shed, foundations and utility blocks under construction for the forming, machining and heat treatment bays.
Forming & Machining Line
To be confirmed — Hot forming presses, mandrel and bending equipment, CNC machining and flange facing centres.
Plant & Machinery
To be confirmed — Main production line, handling and testing equipment ordered and installed.
Trial Production
To be confirmed — First heats run against our own datasheets, with process capability established before any order is accepted.
Approvals & Audits
To be confirmed — ISO 9001 certification and customer and third-party audits of the new facility.
Commercial Production
To be confirmed — Lines transferred in house one product family at a time; OEM partners continue to cover the rest until each is proven.
